The price sheet shows flat pricing for most standard residential gas line installs. Be sure to read the notes on the 2nd page to review what it is included in pricing. A formal quote must still be completed prior to scheduling work.


Price sheets are only sent to contractors who advertise generator installs. When you submit the request we will review your company and then email you a price sheet.

Streamlined Process

  • 1. Review Price Sheet

    Request a current price sheet to see the standard pricing on most residential gas line installs. You can use this price sheet for quick reference. If the job scope is covered on the price sheet, the formal quote price will reflect what is listed on the sheet.

  • 2. Submit a Quote Request

    Use our simple online form to submit the job details to receive a formal quote. 


    Your techs or sales team can submit this on site in the field, saving your office staff time!


    You will typically receive a formal quote within 1 to 3 business days, along with any other documents that city requires (such as one line diagrams or sub contractor forms, etc.).

  • 3. Schedule Job

    Simply reply to your quote or call us with the date the generator will be installed.


    We can do the gas line install same day in a lot of cases (depending on scope of work) if you have the generator in place and ready by noon.

  • 4. Start Job

    We are RELIABLE. We arrive and complete our jobs as scheduled and our experienced plumbers are prepped with all job details prior to arrival.


    If weather or other rare unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, we are prompt in updating our contractors.

  • 5. Inspections

    We schedule our inspections for the day after install in most cases and return to remove our test gauge as quickly as possible, avoiding job delays.

  • I am a homeowner, can I get a quote?

    We will work directly with homeowners if they are doing their own generator install, however, we highly recommend you use a contractor. If you don't have a contractor, we can recommend one we work with.


    If you opt to do your own install you will be required to know the code requirements in your local city as far as generator placement, stand/pad requirements, etc. You will also be required to pull any main GC permits with your local city (as well as supplying them with any plans or documents they require) and set any inspections that pertain to your generator install that are not done by the subs. You will need a licensed plumber and electrician to work with you as a sub contractor on the job.

  • Can I use the price sheet to quote my prices?

    As long as the scope of work for the job is covered on the price sheet and is for the standard lines that sheet includes, the pricing on the price sheet will reflect what the formal quote pricing will be.


    You can use the price sheet as a guide when quoting your prices to customers but you must submit a quote request and receive a formal quote before any work can be scheduled.


    If you are uncertain if the scope is covered it is always best to submit a quote request first and wait to receive a quote from us before quoting to your customers.


    **Always make sure you are viewing the most recent price sheet. Each price sheet has a link and QR code at the top to download the most recent price sheet.

  • I requested a price sheet, why didn't I get one?

    When a request for a price sheet is submitted we review your company information. You may receive the price sheet same day or it may be a few days, so give us time to process your request.


    *Price sheets are only sent to actual businesses that advertise generator installs who do not have an in house plumbing department already. If this does not apply to you then that is why you did not receive a price sheet. You can instead submit a quote request for the specific job you are needing quoted to get a formal quote.

  • Are you familiar with local city requirements?

    Yes! We have worked with many cities over the years doing the gas line installs for generators and keep internal information by city regarding any special requirements.


    If we are asked to work in a city we have not worked in before, we call the city to obtain information on any special requirements when we are preparing the quote to avoid unforeseen issues.

  • Do you work outside your service area?

    Yes. We will do the gas line installs for generators (and other certain jobs) outside our standard service area. 


    *For regular plumbing repair services we do not.

  • What are your payment terms?

    The quote will note the payment terms for the job as they could change depending on the scope.


    In MOST cases for standard gas lines we require payment to be made within 14 days of job completion. (This is only allowed for contractors who have a history of timely payments.) In some cases we may request a deposit and/or payment method on file to charge the day of install upon completion.

  • What if I have a job that falls outside the standard install on the price sheet?

    Submit the quote request form with all the job information and we will send you the quote for pricing.


    Pricing is not given over the phone or off the price sheet if the scope is outside the standard lines listed, it must be calculated via quote to get the price.

  • What if have a question about how something can be done?

    Give us a call and someone in our office who handles these specific jobs can discuss any questions or concerns you have.


    *It is a good idea to get a video or photos to refer back to of the whole area for the scope of work before you leave the job site in the event someone is not available to speak with you immediately when you call in.
